Two years in the past, 5ft 6in tall Rachel weighed 28 stone. Her physique Mass Index was a dangerously high 63.2 – thrice the recommended range of 18.5 to 25. She realised she needed to take motion when her dress dimension went up to 34.
And after giving up her favourite meals and switching to a nutritious diet she lost 15 stone, slimming all the way down to a measurement 10. Rachel, who now weighs 12st 7lb, mentioned: “I was once addicted to cheese. My favourite snack used to be a massive cheddar sandwich, made with two thick slices of bread and lashings of butter.
“It didn’t matter what I was once eating, I’d have the option to place cheese on it. I’d even sprinkle it on an already tacky pizza. having a look again, i will be able to’t imagine how so much cheese I ate.”
Rachel, of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, had struggled with her weight since childhood and all the way through her teens often piled on the pounds.
